The walk-in shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm; closed Sundays and Mondays. A 24-hour emergency lockout phone line is staffed nightly by one of three rotating on-call technicians. Services

Services include residential rekeying, deadbolt installation, master key system design for small commercial properties (up to 80 keyholders), and automotive lockout / key cutting / transponder programming for vehicles model-year 2002 or newer. The shop does not service safes, vault doors, or motorcycle ignitions. Smart-lock installation is offered for the Schlage Encode and Yale Assure 2 product lines only.

Pricing

Rekeying a standard residential cylinder is $32 plus $4 per additional key. Emergency residential lockouts during regular hours are $95; the after-hours rate is $165. Automotive transponder programming starts at $145 and can run as high as $410 for some 2024 and newer models that require dealer-level scan tools. The shop does not accept American Express but does accept all other major cards and verified business checks.
